701 pub (operating through 701pub.vip) is the Data Controller for all personal data collected and processed through the Platform. 701 pub operates under a valid PAGCOR license and is registered with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines as a personal information controller in accordance with NPC Circular 16-01.

As Data Controller, 701 pub is responsible for ensuring that all personal data processing activities comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable NPC issuances.

701 pub collects the following categories of personal data, depending on your interaction with the Platform:

3.1 Registration & Account Data

• Full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government ID;
• Philippine mobile number (used as your primary account identifier);
• Date of birth (for age verification — must be 21 or older);
• Complete residential address within the Philippines;
• Username and encrypted password;
• Account registration date, time, and IP address.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

• Scanned copies or photographs of valid Philippine government-issued identification documents (PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, or PRC ID);
• Selfie photographs where required for biometric liveness verification;
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) where required under Philippine AMLC reporting thresholds.

3.3 Financial & Transaction Data

• GCash-linked mobile number and transaction reference numbers;
• Bank account names associated with BPI, BDO, or Metrobank deposits and withdrawals;
• Deposit and withdrawal amounts, timestamps, and method used;
• Complete transaction history within the 701 pub platform wallet.

3.4 Gaming Activity Data
