701 pub's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 701 pub's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 701 pub's gross negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 701 pub; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 701 pub endeavors to maintain 99.9% platform uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions resulting from force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or scheduled maintenance.
701 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, any verified real money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and an AML review where applicable.
